Trevor George was an energetic, kind, and compassionate boy who touched the lives of everyone around him. He had a special ability to sense when others were in need, often offering a smile, a hug, or a simple kind word. Tragically, Trevor passed away in 2014 from Sudden Unexplained Death in Childhood (SUDC), at the tender age of 6 and a half.
In honor of Trevor’s generous spirit, his family created Trevor’s Toes and Tushies 501(c)(3), an organization that collects and distributes new socks and underwear to children living in poverty. We believe that every child deserves to have the basics, and through this organization, we continue Trevor’s legacy of kindness and community service.
Since our first drive, we’ve distributed over 34,000 pairs of socks, and now, with our 501(c)(3) status, we’re able to expand our efforts to do even more good. We invite you to learn more about Trevor’s story and the important work we’re doing in his name.
